myAgileLife is a program, provided at no cost to you, that is designed to help you manage stress and thrive when faced with life’s setbacks. You’ll learn new skills one day at a time and build confidence along the way. We’ll support you for 6 months with 2 texts per day to help create habits around:

  • Being mindful
  • Connecting with others
  • Developing gratitude
  • Moving more
  • Eating for energy
  • Sleeping for recovery

Once you enroll, our messages will help you practice new skills until they become lifelong healthy habits. Your personal coach will be there to support and motivate you every step of the way (M-F 9A-6P CT). Think of it as a small investment in your everyday health.

Healthy Living is focused on healthy eating, staying active, reducing stress, and more, with an objective of helping you stay on track with a healthy lifestyle.

Weight Loss/Diabetes Prevention
Up to 3 messages per day/12 months long

Weight loss/diabetes prevention helps you lose the weight you’re trying to lose. If you’ve been diagnosed with pre-diabetes, it can also help you prevent or delay the onset of type 2 diabetes.

Stress & Resilience
Up to 2 messages per day/6 months long

Helps you build skills to cope better when managing life's challenges. Allows you to take control so life’s setbacks won’t set you back!

Condition Management
Up to 3 messages per day/up to 8 months long

Condition Management helps you build the skills you need to better manage chronic conditions: type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and/or high blood pressure.
